If the IAEA Board of Governors issues a statement against Iran, we will respond immediately with nuclear measures.

The measures include injecting gas into centrifuges and activating advanced centrifuges that Iran previously installed in nuclear facilities.

Iran will not leave the negotiating table and is ready to resume negotiations if the other side has the will to conduct effective negotiations.

▪️Russia: Air defense forces shot down 42 UAVs over the territories of the Bryansk, Smolensk, Moscow, Kursk, Oryol and Rostov regions, the Ministry of Defense reported.

Russia has also begun mass production of "KUB-M" mobile bomb shelters designed to withstand a variety of threats, including radiation, shockwaves, and fires, according to the Emergency Ministry's research institute.

Resembling reinforced shipping containers, these units can be deployed in extreme environments, such as Russia’s northern permafrost, and can accommodate up to 54 people, with options for modular expansion.

While officials avoided directly linking the shelters to current events, the announcement comes amid escalating tensions in the Ukraine war.

▪️USA: The Navy's sole carrier in the Middle East, USS Abraham Lincoln, left the region over the weekend after several months of operations there.

The Lincoln has since entered the US 7th Fleet area of responsibility, a vast area that includes much of the Indo-Pacific region. It is accompanied by three Arleigh Burke-class destroyers — USS Frank E. Petersen Jr., USS Michael Murphy, and USS Spruance.

A report from the Saudi Al-Hadath channel: The U.S. has informed the Iraqi government that it has exhausted all efforts with Israel to prevent an attack on Iraqi territory targeting pro-Iranian militias. Hezbollah Secretary General Naim Qassem began his speech with a threat: "Israel attacked the heart of Beirut during the assassination of Muhammad Afif and should expect a response in central Tel Aviv."

As expected, Hezbollah is rejecting Israel's demand to maintain the right to use force to prevent any future rearming of the organization and/or the return of its terrorists to the region south of the Litani River.

Israel is cautiously optimistic on the eve of Hochstein and Dermer's meeting tonight.

The two main issues are The Israeli freedom of action in Lebanon in the event of a violation and the composition of the supervisory committee in Lebanon.

As far as Israel is concerned, freedom of action in Lebanon is a red line. It is not clear whether it must appear in the agreement with Lebanon or whether their agreement will require the US to grant a party document backing up such an action.
